Suspension of Professional Services. Subject to the “Payment Disputes” section, if any amount owing by Customer under this or any other agreement for SFDC’s Professional Services is 30 days or more overdue, SFDC may, without limiting its other rights and remedies, suspend its performance of Professional Services until such amounts are paid in full.
