Survival of Indemnifications. The All indemnifications set forth herein made by the parties to this Agreement pursuant to the terms hereof shall survive any the Closing of the transactions hereby contemplated, and in the event the Closing does not occur, all such indemnifications shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
