Survival of Closing. The provisions of this Contract shall survive the Closing.
Survival of Closing. All representations, warranties, agreements and indemnities contained in this Agreement shall survive the closing for one year.
Survival of Closing. All representations and warranties contained herein or made in writing by Borrower and Guarantor in connection herewith shall survive the execution and delivery of this Agreement and of any other Loan Documents.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the provisions of SECTION 2.15 shall continue for six (6) months after the expiration of the applicable statute of limitations for assessment of additional taxes. All claims for indemnification under this Agreement made by either party must be made by the Indemnity Termination Date (other than claims by Purchaser under Section 2.15 which must be made by the expiration of six (6) months after the expiration of the applicable statute of limitations for assessment of additional taxes).
Survival of Closing. The provisions of all Articles hereof and all warranties and representations herein shall survive the Closing and shall not be merged in the instrument or instruments of conveyance from Seller to Purchaser.
