Survey Reference. 1 Contractor is to locate, confirm and protect Points control points prior to starting site work. Preserve permanent reference points during construction. .2 Make no changes or relocations without prior written notice to Departmental Representative. .3 Report to Departmental Representative when reference point is lost or destroyed, or requires relocation because of necessary changes in grades or locations. .4 The contractor is responsible to hire surveyor to replace control points in accordance with original survey control, if disturbed unnecessarily during construction activities.
Survey Reference. TREKK will develop a Survey Reference Sheet with relevant survey control and alignment information.

  • Monetary References Whenever any amounts of money are referred to herein, such amounts shall be deemed to be in lawful money of Canada unless otherwise expressed.
