Monetary References definition

Monetary References. Any reference in this Indenture to "dollar", "dollars" or the sign "$" shall constitute a reference to the lawful money of Canada.
Monetary References. Whenever an amount of money is referred to in this Credit Agreement or any document entered into pursuant hereto, such amount will, unless otherwise expressly stated, be in Cdn. Dollars.
