SUPPORT OF AGREEMENT. The District and the Association agree that it is to their mutual benefit to encourage the resolution of differences through the meeting and negotiation process. Therefore, it is agreed that the District and the Association will support this Agreement and that the Association, for its term, will not appear before the Governing Board to seek change or improvement in any matter subject to the meeting and negotiation process except by mutual agreement of the District and the Association.

Therefore, it is agreed that the District and the Association parties will support this Agreement for its term and that the Association, for its term, Association will not appear before the Governing District's Board of Trustees to seek change or improvement in any matter subject to the meeting meet and negotiation process except by mutual agreement of the District and the Associationprocess.

SUPPORT OF AGREEMENT. The District and the Association agree that it is to their mutual benefit to encourage the resolution of differences through the meeting meet and negotiation process. Therefore, it is agreed that the District and the Association will support the terms of this Agreement and that will in no way participate in public activities to change the Association, specific terms of this Agreement. This in no way precludes either party from participating in those activities deemed necessary by the parties to plan and prepare for its term, will not appear before future agreements between the Governing Board to seek change parties. There shall be no strike by Association or improvement in any matter subject to lock out by District for the meeting and negotiation process except by mutual agreement duration of the District and the Associationthis Agreement.

This provision does not prevent members of the Association from addressing the Governing Board in accordance with law.
