Support Coordinator. The individual who has primary responsibility for performance of support coordination activities for an ECF CHOICES member as specified in the Contractor Risk Agreement and meets the qualifications specified in the Contractor Risk Agreement.

Support Coordinator. Fiserv’s provision of Maintenance Services is contingent upon Client’s designating at least one qualified contact person and alternate (collectively “Support Coordinator”) for each Schedule or for each product within a Schedule who will be Fiserv’s point of contact regarding Maintenance Services. Client may change the Support Coordinator by notifying Fiserv in writing. Telephone support questions from Client’s Software users will be directed to the Support Coordinator. Fiserv is not obliged to respond to inquiries other than from the Support Coordinator. Fiserv also requires that Client designate a secondary contact in addition to the Support Coordinator that will be authorized support contacts, one of whom will be available for contact by Fiserv during the standard support hours. For emergency situations, Fiserv will work with such other persons as identified and authorized by Client in advance subject to the other provisions of this Section 5.

Support Coordinator. Franchisee will designate, in writing, no more that two (2) persons who will be entitled to contact Remedy for Telephone Support. These support coordinators may be changed from time to time upon written notice from Franchisee to Remedy.   • Project Coordinator 3. Within 14 days of the effective date of this Consent Agreement, DTSC and Respondent shall each designate a Project Coordinator and shall notify each other in writing of the Project Coordinator selected. Each Project Coordinator shall be responsible for overseeing the implementation of this Consent Agreement and for designating a person to act in his/her absence. All communications between Respondent and DTSC, and all documents, report approvals, and other correspondence concerning the activities performed pursuant to this Consent Agreement shall be directed through the Project Coordinators. Each party may change its Project Coordinator with at least seven days prior written notice. WORK TO BE PERFORMED

  • Service Coordinators Each Party has designated an employee or title as the key contact for the day-to-day implementation or monitoring of each Service as specified in the applicable Transition Service Schedule (each, a “Service Coordinator”). The Parties shall direct communications relating to specific Services to the applicable Service Coordinators. The Service Coordinators shall report to the Transition Committee from time to time, as directed by the members of the Transition Committee designated by the applicable Party.

  • Scheduling Coordinator Buyer shall act as the Scheduling Coordinator for the Project. In that regard, Buyer and Seller shall agree to the following:

  • Coordinator 6.4.1 The Coordinator shall be the intermediary between the Parties and the Funding Authority and shall perform all tasks assigned to it as described in the Grant Agreement and in this Consortium Agreement.

  • Security Coordinator Provider shall provide the name and contact information of Provider’s Security Coordinator for the Student Data received pursuant to the DPA.

  • Care Coordination MCOs must ensure care coordination is provided to Members with a substance use disorder. MCOs must work with providers, facilities, and Members to coordinate care for Members with a substance use disorder and to ensure Members have access to the full continuum of Covered Services (including without limitation assessment, detoxification, residential treatment, outpatient services, and medication therapy) as Medically Necessary and appropriate. MCOs must also coordinate services with the DSHS, DFPS, and their designees for Members requiring Non-Capitated Services. Non-Capitated Services includes, without limitation, services that are not available for coverage under the Contract, State Plan or Waiver that are available under the Federal Substance Abuse and Prevention and Treatment block grant when provided by a DSHS-funded provider or covered by the DFPS under direct contract with a treatment provider. MCOs must work with DSHS, DFPS, and providers to ensure payment for Covered Services is available to Out-of-Network Providers who also provide related Non-capitated Services when the Covered Services are not available through Network Providers.

  • Program Manager Owner may designate a Program Manager to administer the Project and this Contract. In lieu of a Program Manager, Design Professional may be designated to perform the role of Program Manager. The Program Manager may also be designated as the Owner’s Representative, and if no Owner’s Representative is designated, the Program Manager shall be the Owner’s Representative.
