Common use of SUPPLY OF GOODS AND/OR SERVICES Clause in Contracts

SUPPLY OF GOODS AND/OR SERVICES. 2.1 The Supplier shall provide the Goods and/or Services on the terms and conditions set out in the Contract. Subject to the Supplier fulfilling its obligations under the Contract the Authority shall pay the Supplier in accordance with the terms of the Contract. 2.2 In providing the Goods and/or Services, the Supplier shall comply with and take into account all applicable laws, enactments, orders, regulations and other similar instruments, the requirements of any court with relevant jurisdiction and any local, national or supranational agency, inspectorate, minister, ministry, official or public or statutory person of the government of the United Kingdom or of the European Union.
