If such changes affect Supplier’s ability to perform the Contract, the parties will in good faith negotiate an amendment. 2.6 Supplier will ensure its employees and contractors comply with ▇▇▇▇▇ Heinz’s workplace safety policy and any other safety and security requirements and instructions provided by ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ when on any of Kraft Heinz’s premises or using any of Kraft Heinz’s equipment.‌‌
