Common use of Supplies & Equipment Clause in Contracts

Supplies & Equipment. 24.5.2.1 The Union and employees covered by this Agreement will not use State- purchased supplies or equipment to conduct Union business or representational activities. This does not preclude the use of the telephone or similar devices that may be used for persons with disabilities for representational activities if there is no cost to the Employer, the call is brief in duration, and it does not disrupt or distract from Department or Division business. This does not preclude the use of State-purchased supplies or equipment so long as the use is nominal and does not interfere with Employer's use or control of supplies and equipment.
