Supplier Development Implementation Plan-Not Applicable. a) In addition to the Supplier Development Plan which the Service Provider provided as part of its bid, the Service Provider undertakes, as stipulated in the RFP, to provide Transnet with a Supplier Development Implementation Plan [the Implementation Plan] setting out the nature, extent and monetary value of the Service Provider’s commitments which the Service Provider shall undertake, as well as mechanisms and procedures to allow for access to information and verification of the Service Provider’s compliance with the Implementation Plan, as shall be agreed with Transnet but in any event no later than 45 (forty five) calendar days from the signature date of the LOI/LOA.
