Common use of Supplier Code of Conduct Clause in Contracts

Supplier Code of Conduct. Service Provider represents that it is aware of Buyer’s Supplier Code of Conduct as set forth at xxx.xxx.xxx/XxxxxXXX/XXXXxxxxxxxx/XXXXxxxxxxxxxXxxxxx/XxxxxxxxXxxxX onduct.aspx (the “Code of Conduct”) and is in compliance with the Code of Conduct, and covenants that it shall perform the Services in compliance with the Code of Conduct.
