Common use of Supplier Access Clause in Contracts

Supplier Access. The Included Solutions offered under this Agreement may be made available to any Participating Entity. Supplier understands that a Participating Entity’s use of this Agreement is at the Participating Entity’s sole convenience. Supplier will educate its sales and service forces about Sourcewell eligibility requirements and required documentation. Supplier will be responsible for ensuring sales are with Participating Entities.

Supplier Access. The Included Solutions offered under this Agreement may be made available to any Participating Entity. Supplier understands that a Participating Entity’s use of this Agreement is at the Participating Entity’s sole and Supplier’s convenience. Supplier will educate its sales and service forces about Sourcewell eligibility requirements and required documentation. Supplier will be responsible for ensuring making commercially reasonable effort to ensure sales are with Participating Entities.

Supplier understands that a Participating Entity’s use of this Agreement is at the Participating Entity’s sole convenience. Supplier will educate its sales and service forces about Sourcewell eligibility requirements and required documentation. Supplier will be responsible for ensuring sales are with Participating Entities. A Purchasing Entity’s purchase or lease of products will be governed by this Agreement only if the PO issued by such Entity for such purchase or lease expressly contains the unique Sourcewell account number of the Participating Entity.
