Supplemental Energy; Rebates & Credits a. All electric energy produced by the Solar System will be available to you for use at the Home pursuant to this Agreement. If, at any time, you need more electric energy than is being produced by the Solar System ("Supplemental Energy"), you will be responsible for purchasing that Supplemental Energy from another supplier, such as your Utility, and for paying any fees associated with such Supplemental Energy that the other supplier may charge.
