Supervisory Work. ‌ The Union recognizes that non-bargaining unit supervisors have traditionally performed bargaining unit work on an as-needed basis. It is understood that supervisors will continue to perform such work but not to displace bargaining unit employees on a regular basis or to avoid the overtime provisions of Article XI, Section 3.
