Supervisory Work. 38.01 Work customarily performed by employees within the bargaining unit shall not be performed by supervisors except for purposes of instructing or demonstrating the proper methods and procedures of performing work operations to employees within the bargaining unit, except in case of emergency. The Union agrees that it will not modify its present standards of enforcing this Article or enforce this Article in an arbitrary or capricious manner.
