Common use of Supervisory Work Clause in Contracts

Supervisory Work. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed to prohibit the Employer from using supervisory employees for bus driving, food service and/or maintenance work, provided that it does not result in a reduction of an employee’s regularly scheduled work hours.
