The Supervisor Response clause outlines the obligations and procedures for a supervisor to address issues, requests, or reports raised by employees or other parties. Supervisor Response. Within five (5) work days after submission of the written grievance, the supervisor shall answer the grievance in writing with a copy of the answer to the Employee Relations Department and union representative.
Supervisor Response. A supervisor shall notify the District of his/her intent to accept or refuse reemployment within 10 days of the mailing of the reemployment notice. If the supervisor accepts reemployment, he/she must report to work within 30 days following the mailing of the notice.
