District Response Sample Clauses
District Response. Within five (5) work days after submission of the written grievance, the supervisor shall answer the grievance in writing with a copy of the answer to the Employee Relations Department.
District Response. The Employee Relations representative shall respond to the Union representative in writing within ten (10) work days following the Step 2 grievance meeting.
District Response. The immediate supervisor shall respond by phone, with follow up in writing, to the unit member's concern within five (5) work days.
District Response. The superintendent or his/her designee shall serve a written decision on the grievant within ten (10) days of filing of the grievance provided for in section 1.
District Response. The Employee Relations Contract Administrator shall respond to the Union representative in writing within ten (10) work days following the appeal meeting.

If the grievance is not resolved in Step 2, either party may refer the matter in writing to the Bureau of Mediation Services (BMS) with written notice to the other party for non-binding mediation within ten (10) workdays after the Director’s response is due.
District Response. A copy of the District’s decision should be forwarded to the above named CSEA Representative.
District Response. Within ten (10) work days following the Step 2 meeting, the District shall submit a written reply to the grievant or the grievant's representative. If the District fails to reply in writing, the grievant or the grievant's representative may request arbitration in accordance with Step 3 of this procedure.
District Response. District shall provide City with the following appropriate and immediately available resources:
A. An engine with a minimum of two personnel and one Battalion Chief if determined to be available by District given District demands on report of a structure fire or water flow alarm sounding anywhere within the City’s jurisdictional boundaries.
B. One Battalion Chief, if determined to be available by District given District demands, and full wild land response on report of a vegetation fire anywhere within or abutting the City’s jurisdictional boundaries.
C. An engine with extrication equipment and a minimum of two personnel on report of vehicle collision to the following locations:
(1) Highway 101 within the Rohnert Park city limit and northward to the Santa ▇▇▇▇ Avenue interchange
(2) East Cotati Avenue within the city limits of Rohnert Park
District Response. Provide training on the Accountability Contract Framework including: • using a district template for site plan development • linking data to goal development • building skills in the analysis of data • monitoring and adjusting plans to meet the needs of all students • developing understanding of assessment for, of and as learning • developing understanding of the difference between strategies and structures A new School Success Plan template was created and implemented for use by all schools for the 2008/09 school year. A new data analysis graphic frame was introduced and used by the Achievement Review Committee during the 2008/09 and 2009/10 school years. This tool will be introduced to schools and their SPCs in the 2010/11 school year and will support the linkage between data and goal development, and to build data analysis skill. Focused professional development work continues in order to further develop an understanding of, and ensure application of, assessment strategies for, of and as learning (▇▇▇▇▇▇, 2008; ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, 2009; ▇▇▇▇▇▇, 2010). An understanding of ‘actions’ has replaced the need to determine and understand the difference between strategies and structures. New district and school data collection initiatives will ensure that the needs of all students are being looked at in terms of achievement. Revisit the district process for reviewing school plans to ensure consistency and clarity of expectations. A major focus for the district in the 2010/11 school year is to work with schools and their SPCs to ensure consistency and clarity of expectations regarding School Success Plans. Provide opportunities for sharing among schools (ie. School Planning Councils). A district facilitated event for all School Planning Councils will be held in the fall of 2010/11. The Primary and Intermediate Leader- ship committees provide for sharing opportunities among schools. Grade group meetings to be implemen- ▇▇▇ in the 2010/11 school year will provide opportunities for schools to share. Continue opportunities for leadership development, including students. Two new structures have been created for teachers in the 2008/09 school year: the Primary Leadership Committee and the Intermediate Leadership Committee. Other existing committees include the District Learning and Technology Committee, the Healthy Lifestyles Committee, the French Language Steering Committee, the Student Services Teachers Committee, and so on.
