Supervisor Lists Sample Clauses
The Supervisor Lists clause establishes a formal record of individuals designated as supervisors for a particular project, contract, or worksite. Typically, this clause requires each party to provide and maintain an up-to-date list of their supervisory personnel, including names and contact information, and may specify procedures for updating the list if personnel change. Its core function is to ensure clear communication channels and accountability by identifying who holds supervisory authority, thereby reducing confusion and facilitating efficient project management.
