Common use of Supervision Pay Clause in Contracts

Supervision Pay. ‌ The two (2) parties agree that when and if a bargaining unit employee is requested to act in a supervisory capacity in the absence of management, and in accordance with Library policy he/she will be paid twenty-five percent (25%) above the base rate.
