Supervision of teachers will be conducted openly and with full knowledge of the teacher. Teachers will, upon request, be given a copy of any evaluation report prepared by an administrator and will have the right to discuss his/her report. The administrator must confer with any teacher whose service is rated as unsatisfactory in any respect, explain the ratings, and plan cooperatively for improvement. Any written observation or evaluation report shall be made available to the teacher and placed in the personnel file no later than fifteen (15) school days following such observation or evaluation. Any written response that the teacher wished to attach to any observation or evaluation report shall be placed in the teacher's personnel file no later than fifteen (15) school days after the evaluation has been made available in writing to the teacher. Teachers will have the right, upon request, to review the contents of their evaluation file. The teacher will be entitled to have a member of the Ashland Educators Association as an observer during the review.

  • SUPERVISION AND CONSTRUCTION PROCEDURES 4.3.1 The Contractor shall supervise and direct the Work, using his / her best skill and attention. The Contractor shall be solely responsible for all construction means, methods, techniques, sequences and procedures and for coordinating all portions of the Work under the Contract. All aspects of the Project shall be subject to the inspection and approval of the State. Contractor guarantees to repair, replace, re-execute or otherwise correct any defect in workmanship, materials, or the like that fails to conform to the requirements of this Contract or that appears during the progress of the Work or within one year of final acceptance by the State.

  • Cooperation of the Parties Each Party agrees to cooperate fully in the preparation, filing, and prosecution of any Patent Rights under this Agreement. Such cooperation includes, but is not limited to:
