Right to Discuss. Nothing herein contained shall be construed as limiting the right of either party to discuss the matter with any person or persons deemed appropriate. The District will comply with the Minnesota Governmental Data Practices Act. M.S. 13.01, et. Seq. when communicating to and about employees.
