Common use of Sunday Premium Clause in Contracts

Sunday Premium. Any employee who is scheduled to work on Sunday, shall be paid a Sunday premium in addition to their regular hourly rate of pay. This premium shall be in the amount of fifty (50¢) cents per hour for each such hour, calculated to the nearest quarter-hour. The shift premium shall be paid for all hours to include overtime and hours worked on a General Holiday set forth in Article 9 of this Agreement.
