Common use of Sunday Premium Clause in Contracts

Sunday Premium. Any employee who is required to work at any time on a Sunday shall be paid a Sunday premium in addition to their hourly rate of pay in the amount of one dollar ($1.00) per hour for each such hour and portion of an hour worked.
