Summer Work Hours. Unit members may work a flexible shift (four (4) ten (10) hour days per week) during the summer when school is not in session upon receiving written approval from the Superintendent or his/her designee. Unit members working a flexible schedule shall be entitled to overtime compensation for working over 40 hours in a week.
