Summer Work Hours. Each employee who is assigned to work during the summer months shall work his/her normal hours per week in four (4) days, unless otherwise stated herein, from the first full week after the ending date of school to one week prior to the beginning of the school year. The work week during the summer months shall be either Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday and shall hereinafter be referred to as a “Work Session”. The Administration will establish the number of employees needed for each work session to insure that each day of the work session (Monday through Thursday, Tuesday through Friday) they will work during the summer months with seniority being the determining factor. Straight time (not time and one-half) will be paid for each of the hours worked as defined immediately above.
