Summer Notices. Professional employees who desire to receive notification of any vacancies, which shall occur during the summer vacation period, shall submit their names and addresses to the Superintendent or his/her designee. The Superintendent or his/her designee shall notify said professional employee of any vacancies, including a description and duties thereof, the qualifications for the position, and salary. Such notification shall be sent as far in advance as practicable, ordinarily at least fourteen (14) days prior to the final date of application, and in no event less than seven (7) days prior to such date. In addition, the Superintendent or his/her designee shall, within the same time period, post a list of vacancies to be filled during the summer on a personnel bulletin board provided for such purposes at the Administration Office on County Street and shall send such list of positions to the Association. Such posting shall be made electronically to the system the District uses to advertise all vacancies/recruiting needs.   • 5Notices A.5.1Any notice or other communication which is to be given by either Party to the other shall be issued by the E-Sourcing Messaging Facility.
