Common use of Sufficiency of Concession Period Clause in Contracts

Sufficiency of Concession Period. The Concessionaire shall be deemed to have satisfied itself as to the correctness and sufficiency of the Concession Period. Unless otherwise stated in this Concession Agreement, the Concession Period shall cover all its obligations under this Concession Agreement and all things necessary for the execution and completion of the Works and the remedying of any defects during the construction and also the subsequent Operation and Maintenance Period of this Concession Agreement.
