Common use of Successors and Assign Clause in Contracts

Successors and Assign. s The Principal and the Contractor each bind themselves, their successors, legal representatives, and assigns to the other party to this Agreement and to the partners, successors, legal representatives and assigns of such other party in respect to all covenants of this Agreement.
