Successor Representation. 2. If a majority of the job duties which were currently assigned to classifications represented by the Union are assigned to successor classifications, and if at least one employee then assigned to a classification represented by the Union is assigned to the successor classification, those successor classifications shall be accreted to existing bargaining units covered by this Agreement.
