Common use of Successor Agreement Clause in Contracts

Successor Agreement. In the event a successor agreement is not entered into prior to July 1, 2019, an employee shall remain at the same step as compensated during the 2018-2019 contract year until a successor Agreement is reached.

Successor Agreement. In the event a successor agreement is not entered into prior to July 1, 20192021, an employee shall remain at the same step pay level as compensated during the 20182020-2019 2021 contract year until a successor Agreement is reached.
