Common use of Substitution Consideration Clause in Contracts

Substitution Consideration. 17.9.1 The Lenders and Procurer shall be entitled to appropriate any consideration received for the substitution of the Power Producer as xxxxxxxxxxx provided, from the Selectee towards the payment of Lenders’ and Xxxxxxxx’s respective dues, to the exclusion of the Power Producer.
