Common use of Substituted Limited Partner Clause in Contracts

Substituted Limited Partner. In the event a Limited Partner transfers all or any part of such Limited Partner’s Limited Partnership Interest in compliance with the provisions of this Article VIII, the transferee of the Limited Partner shall take such Limited Partnership Interest subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, shall not be considered to have title to such Limited Partnership Interest and shall not have the right to be admitted to the Partnership as a substituted Limited Partner of the Partnership unless the transferring Limited Partner has given the transferee such right and unless:

Substituted Limited Partner. In the event a Limited Partner transfers all or any part of such Limited Partner’s Limited Partnership Interest in compliance with the provisions of this Article VIII, the transferee of the Limited Partner shall take such Limited Partnership Interest subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, shall not be considered to have title to such Limited Partnership Interest and shall not have the right to Outback/Detroit-I, Limited Partnership 11 be admitted to the Partnership as a substituted Limited Partner of the Partnership unless the transferring Limited Partner has given the transferee such right and unless:

In If the event a Limited Partner transfers all or any part of such Limited Partner’s Limited its Partnership Interest in compliance with the provisions of this Article VIIISection 11(a) above, the transferee of the Limited Partner shall take such Limited Partnership Interest subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, shall not be considered to have title to such Limited Partnership Interest and shall not have the right to be admitted to the Partnership as become a substituted Limited Partner limited partners of the Partnership unless the transferring Limited Partner has given the its transferee such right and unless:

Substituted Limited Partner. In the event a Limited Partner transfers all or any part of such Limited Partner’s Limited Partnership Interest in compliance with the provisions of this Article VIII, the transferee of the Limited Partner shall take such Limited Partnership Interest subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, shall not be considered to have title to such Limited Partnership Interest and shall not have the right to Carrabba’s/New England, Limited Partnership 11 be admitted to the Partnership as a substituted Limited Partner of the Partnership unless the transferring Limited Partner has given the transferee such right and unless:

Substituted Limited Partner. In the event a Limited Partner transfers all or any part of such Limited Partner’s Limited Partnership Interest in compliance with the provisions of this Article VIII, the transferee of the Limited Partner shall take such Limited Partnership Interest subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, shall not be considered to have title to such Limited Partnership Interest and shall not have the right to Outback Steakhouse of Dallas-I, Ltd. 11 be admitted to the Partnership as a substituted Limited Partner of the Partnership unless the transferring Limited Partner has given the transferee such right and unless:

In the event a Limited Partner transfers all or any part of such Limited Partner’s Limited Partnership Interest in compliance with the provisions of this Article VIII, the transferee of the Limited Partner shall take such Limited Partnership Interest subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, shall not be considered to have title to such Limited Partnership Interest and shall not have the right to Carrabba’s/Georgia-I, Limited Partnership 11 be admitted to the Partnership as a substituted Limited Partner of the Partnership unless the transferring Limited Partner has given the transferee such right and unless:

Substituted Limited Partner. In the event a Limited Partner transfers all or any part of such Limited Partner’s Limited Partnership Interest in compliance with the provisions of this Article VIII, the transferee of the Limited Partner shall take such Limited Partnership Interest subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, shall not be considered to have title to such Limited Partnership Interest and shall not have the right to be admitted to the Partnership as a substituted Limited Partner of the Partnership unless the transferring Limited Partner has given the transferee such right and unless:: Outback/North Florida-I, Limited Partnership

Substituted Limited Partner. In the event a Limited Partner transfers all or any part of such Limited Partner’s Limited Partnership Interest in compliance with the provisions of this Article VIII, the transferee of the Limited Partner shall take such Limited Partnership Interest subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, shall not be considered to have title to such Limited Partnership Interest and shall not have the right to Outback Steakhouse of South Georgia-I, L.P. 11 be admitted to the Partnership as a substituted Limited Partner of the Partnership unless the transferring Limited Partner has given the transferee such right and unless:

Substituted Limited Partner. In the event a Limited Partner transfers all or any part of such Limited Partner’s Limited Partnership Interest in compliance with the provisions of this Article VIII, the transferee of the Limited Partner shall take such Limited Partnership Interest subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, shall not be considered to have title to such Limited Partnership Interest and shall not have the right to Outback Catering Company-II, Limited Partnership 11 be admitted to the Partnership as a substituted Limited Partner of the Partnership unless the transferring Limited Partner has given the transferee such right and unless:

In the event a Limited Partner transfers all or any part of such Limited Partner’s Limited Partnership Interest in compliance with the provisions of this Article VIII, the transferee of the Limited Partner shall take such Limited Partnership Interest subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, shall not be considered to have title to such Limited Partnership Interest and shall not have the right to Outback/Heartland-I, Limited Partnership 11 be admitted to the Partnership as a substituted Limited Partner of the Partnership unless the transferring Limited Partner has given the transferee such right and unless:

In the event a Limited Partner transfers all or any part of such Limited Partner’s Limited Partnership Interest in compliance with the provisions of this Article VIII, the transferee of the Limited Partner shall take such Limited Partnership Interest subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, shall not be considered to have title to such Limited Partnership Interest and shall not have the right to Outback/Bayou-I, Limited Partnership 11 be admitted to the Partnership as a substituted Limited Partner of the Partnership unless the transferring Limited Partner has given the transferee such right and unless:

In the event a Limited Partner transfers all or any part of such Limited Partner’s Limited Partnership Interest in compliance with the provisions of this Article VIII, the transferee of the Limited Partner shall take such Limited Partnership Interest subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, shall not be considered to have title to such Limited Partnership Interest and shall not have the right to Outback Steakhouse of North Georgia-II, L.P. 11 be admitted to the Partnership as a substituted Limited Partner of the Partnership unless the transferring Limited Partner has given the transferee such right and unless:

Substituted Limited Partner. In the event a Limited Partner transfers all or any part of such Limited Partner’s Limited Partnership Interest in compliance with the provisions of this Article VIII, the transferee of the Limited Partner shall take such Limited Partnership Interest subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, shall not be considered to have title to such Limited Partnership Interest and shall not have the right to Outback/Mid Atlantic-I, Limited Partnership 11 be admitted to the Partnership as a substituted Limited Partner of the Partnership unless the transferring Limited Partner has given the transferee such right and unless:

Substituted Limited Partner. In the event a Limited Partner transfers all or any part of such Limited Partner’s Limited Partnership Interest in compliance with the provisions of this Article VIII, the transferee of the Limited Partner shall take such Limited Partnership Interest subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, shall not be considered to have title to such Limited Partnership Interest and shall not have the right to Outback/Midwest-II, Limited Partnership 11 be admitted to the Partnership as a substituted Limited Partner of the Partnership unless the transferring Limited Partner has given the transferee such right and unless:

Substituted Limited Partner. In the event a Limited Partner transfers all or any part of such Limited Partner’s Limited Partnership Interest in compliance with the provisions of this Article VIII, the transferee of the Limited Partner shall take such Limited Partnership Interest subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, shall not be considered to have title to such Limited Partnership Interest and shall not have the right to Outback/Nevada-I, Limited Partnership 11 be admitted to the Partnership as a substituted Limited Partner of the Partnership unless the transferring Limited Partner has given the transferee such right and unless:

Substituted Limited Partner. In the event a Limited Partner transfers all or any part of such Limited Partner’s Limited Partnership Interest in compliance with the provisions of this Article VIII, the transferee of the Limited Partner shall take such Limited Partnership Interest subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, shall not be considered to have title to such Limited Partnership Interest and shall not have the right to Outback/Heartland-II, Limited Partnership 11 be admitted to the Partnership as a substituted Limited Partner of the Partnership unless the transferring Limited Partner has given the transferee such right and unless:

In the event a Limited Partner transfers all or any part of such Limited Partner’s Limited Partnership Interest in compliance with the provisions of this Article VIII, the transferee of the Limited Partner shall take such Limited Partnership Interest subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, shall not be considered to have title to such Limited Partnership Interest and shall not have the right to Outback Steakhouse of Houston-II, Ltd. 11 be admitted to the Partnership as a substituted Limited Partner of the Partnership unless the transferring Limited Partner has given the transferee such right and unless:

Substituted Limited Partner. In the event a Limited Partner transfers all or any part of such Limited Partner’s Limited Partnership Interest in compliance with the provisions of this Article VIII, the transferee of the Limited Partner shall take such Limited Partnership Interest subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, shall not be considered to have title to such Limited Partnership Interest and shall not have the right to Outback/Charlotte-I, Limited Partnership 11 be admitted to the Partnership as a substituted Limited Partner of the Partnership unless the transferring Limited Partner has given the transferee such right and unless:

Substituted Limited Partner. In the event a Limited Partner transfers all or any part of such Limited Partner’s Limited Partnership Interest in compliance with the provisions of this Article VIII, the transferee of the Limited Partner shall take such Limited Partnership Interest subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, shall not be considered to have title to such Limited Partnership Interest and shall not have the right to Outback/Missouri-I, Limited Partnership 11 be admitted to the Partnership as a substituted Limited Partner of the Partnership unless the transferring Limited Partner has given the transferee such right and unless:

Substituted Limited Partner. In the event a Limited Partner transfers all or any part of such Limited Partner’s Limited Partnership Interest in compliance with the provisions of this Article VIII, the transferee of the Limited Partner shall take such Limited Partnership Interest subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, shall not be considered to have title to such Limited Partnership Interest and shall not have the right to Outback/Empire-I, Limited Partnership 11 be admitted to the Partnership as a substituted Limited Partner of the Partnership unless the transferring Limited Partner has given the transferee such right and unless:
