Substitute Drivers. 1. All centers which have feeder drivers assigned as an originating center location will have at least one (1) pre-qualified feeder driver within said center in addition to the regular feeder driver(s) in order to substitute the regular vacations, leaves, and absenteeism. Qualified substitute feeder drivers will fill the openings as they occur. It is understood that the first opportunity for coverage will be given to layoff feeder drivers. 2. Selections of substitute feeder drivers will be made according to Company seniority. In the event that no employee elects to become qualified as a substitute feeder driver, the Company can assign another.
