Common use of Substitutability Clause in Contracts

Substitutability. The Parties agree that this Agreement shall supersede and replace the Exclusive Call Option Agreement executed by and among the Parties on March 2, 2017. Upon the effectiveness of this Agreement, the Exclusive Call Option Agreement executed by and among the Parties on March 2, 2017 shall be invalid immediately.
