Common use of Subsequent Registration Rights Clause in Contracts

Subsequent Registration Rights. The Company shall not grant to any Person registration rights unless the rights are consistent with the provisions of this Agreement. The Company shall not grant to any Person the right to request the Company to register any securities other than securities of the same class as the Registerable Securities being registered pursuant to a Demand Request.

Subsequent Registration Rights. The Company shall not grant to any Person with respect to any Shares, or any securities convertible into or exchangeable or exercisable for any Shares, registration rights that have terms more favorable than the registration rights granted to the Holders in this Agreement without the prior approval of the holders of a majority of the Registrable Securities.
