The application fee paid by WebShoppe for its request to modify the use of the Collocation Space shall be dependent upon the level of assessment needed for the modification requested. Where the Subsequent Application does not require assessment for provisioning or construction work by BellSouth, no Subsequent Application fee will be required. The fee for a Subsequent Application where the modification requested has limited effect (e.g., requires limited assessment and no capital expenditure by BellSouth) shall be the Subsequent Application Fee as set forth in Exhibit A.
