This is a set fee of $100 per square foot as established by the Georgia Public Service Commission Order in Docket No. 7061-U. In the event ALEC, Inc. opts for non-enclosed space, the space preparation fee will be assessed based on the total floor space dedicated to ALEC, Inc. as prescribed in Article 5 of the Collocation Agreement.
