BellSouth will pro rate the total shared space preparation costs among the collocators at each location based on the amount of square footage occupied by each collocator. This is a set fee of $100 per square foot as established by the Georgia Public Service Commission Order in Docket No. 7061-U. In the event ALEC, Inc. opts for non-enclosed space, the space preparation fee will be assessed based on the total floor space dedicated to ALEC, Inc. as prescribed in Article 5 of the Collocation Agreement.

  • Construction Fee A fee or other remuneration for acting as general contractor and/or construction manager to construct improvements, supervise and coordinate projects or to provide major repairs or rehabilitations on a Property.

  • Surface Preparation Clean the surface to be treated of all dust, dirt, clay, grass, sod and any other deleterious matter before application of the asphalt surface treatment.
