Common use of Subscription Plans Clause in Contracts

Subscription Plans. Licensee may access Licensed Content through one of the following subscription plans: (i) Individual User Access Plan that enables access via a specified number of user IDs and passwords for use only by designated individuals (“Authorized User(s)”); (ii) Site Access Plan that enables access via specified Internet Protocol (IP) addresses (“Authorized Site(s)”), as provided by Licensee, for use by Licensee’s employees, contractors, researchers, faculty members, full-time and part-time enrolled students, and walk-in patrons not necessarily affiliated with Licensee but who are physically present at Licensee’s site, as applicable (“Authorized User(s)”).
