Paid Subscriptions Sample Clauses

Paid Subscriptions. Except as otherwise indicated below, modifications to these Terms will take effect at the next renewal of your Subscription Term and will automatically apply as of the renewal date unless you elect not to renew pursuant to Section 8.2 (Renewals). Notwithstanding the foregoing, in some cases (e.g., to address compliance with Laws, or as necessary for new features) we may specify that such modifications become effective during your then-current Subscription Term.

Paid Subscriptions. Customer may purchase a Paid Subscription either (a) through the Salesforce AppExchange or (b) by Point Sigma and Customer both signing an Order Form. In case (a) the Subscription shall start on the date when purchase is made through the Salesforce AppExchange; in case (b) on the date specified in the Order Form.

Paid Subscriptions. Unless otherwise agreed upon in the Specific Terms: - the Paid Subscription Plan Duration is one (1) year as of provision of the license key as per article 5.5 (Payments and taxes) of these Terms; Unless otherwise agreed upon in the Specific Terms, the Paid Subscription shall automatically renew for successive periods of one (1) year (“Renewal Period“) unless cancelled by Licensee with a prior notice of thirty (30) calendar days before expiry of Licensee’s Paid Subscription Plan Duration. Paid Subscriptions. For the term of Company's Subscription Period (defined as monthly, pro-rated) and subject to Company's payment of the Subscription Fee (monthly, pro-rated), G2edge Inc. (herein "G2Digital") grants Company: 1) the non-exclusive, non-transferable, nonsublicensable right to use and modify the Software only for Company's own internal use of the Software and limited to the number of Subscription Users for which Company has paid the applicable fee; 2) the right to receive support pursuant to the Standard Support Services. Company shall pay the applicable Subscription Fee for the initial term of the Subscription Period on the Effective Date or the first of every month. Company shall make future fee payments for all Subscription Users due under the terms of this Agreement for renewal terms on each one (1) month anniversary of the Effective Date pro- rated monthly. All fees paid to ▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ are non-refundable. ▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ reserves the right to modify its fees upon thirty (30) day prior written notice, which may be provided by e-mail. By entering into this Agreement, Company is expressly agreeing that ▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ will automatically ▇▇▇▇ Company's credit card or alternative payment form in the billing frequency established by the length of Company's initial term for renewal fees. Paid Subscriptions. Paid Subscriptions allow Subscriber to use AirWorks Services as determined in the capacity and volume of the Order Form. The type of subscription that can be purchased by Subscribers, (collectively, “Paid Subscription”) are further described in Sections 5, 6 and 7 of this Exhibit A of the Agreement. Subscriber’s subscriptions may include software or web services or a combination of both software and web services. Subscriber’s subscriptions may also include additional Benefits and may include for example: ▪ Technical support ▪ Access to forums, learning events, newsletters, webinars, galleries, and other educational resources ▪ Access to trial versions and APIs ▪ Rights to Updates, Upgrades and other additional software ▪ Rights to Web Services The terms of the subscriptions will be governed by this Exhibit and the respective Order Form. Subscriber must purchase a Paid Subscription to utilize the Services for commercial purposes.

Paid Subscriptions. For paidsubscription Software products, the License granted herein is subject to the full payment of the applicable license fees. Any pricing changes or other changes to the subscription plan will be made in accordance with the terms herein and any additional applicable agreement(s) entered by Customer for use of the Software. Customer acknowledges that Stratasys may, at any time and upon thirty (30) days' prior notice (which notice may be made by posting a message on the Site), begin charging for any Software that is now or once was offered for free, and require Customer to purchase a term-based subscription license under its Admin Account in order to continue accessing and using the Software. Stratasys, together with its distributors and agents, reserves the right to periodically change subscription prices.
