Common use of Subprojects Clause in Contracts

Subprojects. Notwithstanding the provisions of the aforementioned paragraphs, services to assist Beneficiaries in carrying out Subprojects estimated to cost the equivalent of up to $1,000,000 under Part C.2 and C.3 of the Project, may be procured in accordance with commercial practices acceptable to the Association, as set forth in the POM.
