Subpoena Cancellation - Seventy-Two (72) Hours’ Notice. If an employee receives less than 72 hours’ notice between weekly work periods, they shall receive four (4) hours overtime for “go” subpoenas and four (4) hours straight time for on-call subpoenas. If an employee receives less than seventy-two (72) hours’ notice during their weekly work period, they shall receive two (2) hours of overtime.
