Common use of Submitting Matters to Arbitration Clause in Contracts

Submitting Matters to Arbitration. When either party requests that any matter be submitted to arbitration as provided in the foregoing Article, it shall make such request in writing addressed to the other party of this Agreement, and at the same time indicate its desire to submit the difference or allegation to a Sole Arbitrator By Right or a Tripartite Board. Sole Arbitration must be agreed to by the parties otherwise, the Tripartite Board process will apply.
