Common use of Submittal of Response Clause in Contracts

Submittal of Response. Respondents shall view and download the documents in the MFMP Sourcing Tool (xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/egovernment_tools/myflorida_marketplace). Each Respondent is responsible for ensuring that its response and all associated documents are submitted before the proper date and time. In the event a Respondent submits more than one response, only the last response received prior to the response deadline specified in Section 1.5 shall be considered for award. Other responses will not be opened. Offers not submitted as indicated in this section shall be rejected. The Department shall not consider late responses and the MyFloridaMarketPlace Sourcing Tool will NOT accept responses after the due date and time specified in the Event Timeline, or as amended by the Department.
