Submission Process. The School shall submit all required financial statements to the Sponsor in the timeline and format prescribed by the Sponsor and/or State. Failure of the School to comply with timely submission of all financial statements in the required format specified by the Sponsor shall constitute a material breach of this Charter and may result in termination of this Charter.

Submission Process. Requests for reclassification are to be made on the designated form (see Appendix G). Requests shall be submitted between January 1 and April 30 of any calendar year. We may approve or reject any proposed Offering in our sole discretion and may condition our approval on Company’s making modifications to the Offering or its Listing Information. Company is responsible for ensuring that the Listing Information associated with Company’s Offering is accurate and does not violate third partiesintellectual property rights, including third-party rights in trademarks or icons. We may require Company to provide us with one or more Offering prototypes or to subject an Offering to further testing prior to approving it for publication in the Device Catalog.

The Broker may introduce a Referred Party to Convene either by filling out a Submission Form at xxxxx://xxxxxxx.xxx/refer/, submitting a request via an online platform approved by Convene, or by sending it directly to the primary contact at Convene, in each case specifying (i) the Broker Information (name, title, company, work email), (ii) name of the Referred Party, (iii) number of desks, (iv) city and Location, (v) desired move-in date, or otherwise as may be provided by Convene, for each such introduced party and for each Location (each, a “Submission”). Failure to complete all fields in the Submission Form or otherwise submit all required information shall cause such Submission to be invalid, and the Broker shall not be entitled to any Broker Fees associated therewith.
