Submission of List. As soon as possible after notice of award of the Contract and in any event not later than the time fixed in the Contract for delivery of the executed Contract Documents to the Owner, the Contractor shall submit in writing to the Engineer a list of the names of Subcontractors that the Contractor will engage for the Work.
