Submission and Approval of Development and Production Plan. 5.5.1 If the Contractor deems the Discovery or aggregation of Discoveries to be a Field it shall submit for the approval of the Ministry a development and production plan (the Development and Production Plan) for such Discovery or aggregation of Discoveries within twelve (12) months following the remittance of the report referred to in Article 5.3.
