Common use of Sublessees of Tenant Clause in Contracts

Sublessees of Tenant. Whether or not Landlord elects to terminate this Lease on account of any default by Tenant, as set forth in this Article 19, Landlord shall have the right to terminate any and all subleases, licenses, concessions or other consensual arrangements for possession entered into by Tenant and affecting the Premises or may, in Landlord’s sole discretion, succeed to Tenant’s interest in such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements. In the event of Landlord’s election to succeed to Tenant’s interest in any such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements, Tenant shall, as of the date of notice by Landlord of such election, have no further right to or interest in the rent or other consideration receivable thereunder.

Whether or not Landlord elects to terminate this Lease on account of any default by TenantXxxxxx, as set forth in this Article 19, Landlord shall have the right to terminate any and all subleases, licenses, concessions or other consensual arrangements for possession entered into by Tenant and affecting the Premises or may, in Landlord’s Xxxxxxxx's sole discretion, succeed to Tenant’s Xxxxxx's interest in such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements. In the event of Landlord’s Xxxxxxxx's election to succeed to Tenant’s Xxxxxx's interest in any such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements, Tenant shall, as of the date of notice by Landlord of such election, have no further right to or interest in the rent or other consideration receivable thereunder.

Sublessees of Tenant. Whether or not If Landlord elects to terminate this Lease on account of any default by Tenant, Tenant as set forth in this Article 1914, Landlord shall have the right to terminate any and all subleases, licenses, concessions or other consensual arrangements for possession entered into by Tenant and affecting the Demised Premises or may, in Landlord’s sole discretion, succeed to Tenant’s interest in such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements. In the event of Landlord’s election to succeed to Tenant’s interest in any such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements, Tenant shall, as of the date of notice by Landlord of such election, have no further right to or interest in the rent or other consideration receivable thereunder.

Sublessees of Tenant. Whether or not Landlord elects to terminate this Lease on account of any default by Tenant, as set forth in this Article 19, . Landlord shall have the right to terminate any and all subleases, licenses, concessions or other consensual arrangements for possession entered into by Tenant and affecting the Premises or may, in Landlord’s sole discretion, succeed to Tenant’s interest in such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements. In the event of Landlord’s election to succeed to Tenant’s interest in any such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements, Tenant shall, as of the date of notice by Landlord of such election, have no further right to or interest in the rent or other consideration receivable thereunder.

Sublessees of Tenant. Whether or not Landlord elects to terminate -------------------- this Lease on account of any default Default by Tenant, as set forth in this Article 19Section 21, Landlord shall have the right to terminate any and all subleases, licenses, concessions or other consensual arrangements for possession entered into by Tenant and affecting the Premises or may, in Landlord’s 's sole discretion, succeed to Tenant’s 's interest in such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements. In the event of Landlord’s 's election to succeed to Tenant’s 's interest in any such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements, Tenant shall, as of the date of notice by Landlord of such election, have no further right to or interest in the rent or other consideration receivable thereunder, provided that the net proceeds therefrom are applied to Tenant's obligations hereunder.

Sublessees of Tenant. Whether or not Landlord elects to terminate this Lease on account of any default by Tenant, as set forth in this Article ARTICLE 19, Landlord shall have the right to terminate any and all subleases, licenses, concessions or other consensual arrangements for possession entered into by Tenant and affecting the Premises or may, in Landlord’s 's sole discretion, succeed to Tenant’s 's interest in such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements. In the event of Landlord’s 's election to succeed to Tenant’s 's interest in any such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements, Tenant shall, as of the date of notice by Landlord of such election, have no further right to or interest Interest in the rent or other consideration receivable thereunder.

Whether or not If Landlord elects to terminate terminates this Lease on account of any default by Tenant, as set forth in this Article 1912, except as provided in Section 11.8 of this Lease, Landlord shall have the right to terminate any and all subleases, licenses, concessions or other consensual arrangements for possession entered into by Tenant and affecting the Premises or may, in Landlord’s sole discretion, succeed to Tenant’s interest in such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements. In the event of Landlord’s election to succeed to Tenant’s interest in any such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements, Tenant shall, as of the date of notice by Landlord of such election, have no further right to or interest in the rent or other consideration receivable thereunder.

Whether or not Landlord elects to terminate this Lease on account of any default by Tenant, as set forth in this Article 19Section 18, Landlord shall have the right to terminate any and all subleases, licenses, concessions or other consensual arrangements for possession entered into by Tenant and affecting the Premises or may, in Landlord’s 's sole discretion, succeed to Tenant’s 's interest in such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements. In the event of Landlord’s 's election to succeed to Tenant’s 's interest in any such subleases, licenses, concessions or arrangements, Tenant shall, as of the date of notice by Landlord of such election, have no further right to or interest in the rent or other consideration receivable thereunder.
