Subcontracts; Assignment; Successors. Contractor shall not assign, transfer, or subcontract rights or responsibilities under this Contract, in whole or in part, without the prior written approval of ODHS. This Contract’s provisions are binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties to this Contract and their respective successors and assigns.
